Steps to install Texlive Distribution in Windows:
1. Download the Texlive Full ISO from the following link (Size: 4.14 GB)
https://mirror.kku.ac.th/CTAN/systems/texlive/Images/texlive2021.iso
2. After Succesful Download, Right Click and Choose Mount
3. In the Mounted files, double click "install-tl-windows" batch file and Click Install
4. It will take around 30 miuntes for completion of installation. 
5. Click close for closing installation window. 
6. Now open command prompt and type "latex", if it shows like below, then Texlive installed successfully.

 restricted \write18 enabled.
